Jonathan Rae

Jonathan brings a wealth of feature film production & post-production experience. Working as both an independent film producer and post-production consultant for a variety of international film productions over the years, he has detailed knowledge of supervising all aspects of feature film production. Operating a hands-on method as a producer, he has successfully overseen various different feature films through production, post-production & final delivery. His technical experience of traditional feature film methods, as well as cutting edge digital cinematography, DI & tape-less post production workflows, ensures a bridge between old and new film technologies. As an independent producer he recently co-produced the feature film Joy Division, which was released theatrically in the UK in November 2006, supported by the UK Film Council and the Arts Alliance Digital Screen Network. Alongside Jonathan's post-production consultancy, he is currently developing the feature film Camilo's Flowers through his production company Rogue Elephant Pictures. Jonathan has now worked in film for twelve years, initially establishing his career by managing and programming his own cinema & screening room - The Film Factory.
